This is such a pretty Retrofete sequin mini dress in a beautiful shade of blue with its original tag still attached. This fun deadstock piece can be worn loosely or belted, and as a tunic over pants. The blue velvet sash style belt can also be worn as a narrow scarf as shown in the photos. The dress is fully covered with sequins and it has a flattering wide, almost bateau style neckline. It's such an easy to wear dress that slips overhead and has lots of movement.
